Week three-Social Interactions

This is my second full week at Sharp Memorial. I have made great relationship with all the pathologists and people working at the lab. Most of the time everyone at the lab is busy working. Although everyone is working independently when working as a team the pathologists assistants split up the work depending on each other's preference of specimen or skill level. There is always music playing in the background which always sparks up conversation and singing. I feel like they do a good job of balancing both work and social time. Everyone is always willing to answer questions or help each other out with needed. In order for everything to work they all have to work together, so there's a balance of both independent work and collaboration.
