Pre-Internship- 01/04/23

What I am most looking forward to during m internship experience is learning from mentors and workers from the hospital. What did they have to do to get to where there are? Any advice they have. I'm not too concerned about anything; I feel like no matter what I will take away something meaningful from my experience. Even just from being in a medical environment is meaningful. At my internship I plan to observe specimens that comes in and examine it with other workers and my mentor. I also will be packaging the specimens and preparing them to be sent off. I hope that from this I gain experience and knowledge as well as contribute something to the workspace. My goal for this month is to take away as much as possible from this experience. Talking to workers and making connections! I hope to one peruse a career in the medical field. I hope that from this experience I get a better idea of what medical career I might be interested in.
